INSPECTION TRIP

 

Many families coming to Fethiye have spent days out of their summer holiday viewing apartments,   villas,  mountain village homes  and  beach club properties not realising

they have an opportunity to come back later in the year for a property inspection visit. The  initiative  behind  an  inspection  visit  is  to preserve  potential  foreign  property

purchasers of their precious family  holiday  time  and  allow the viewing of beautiful  holiday  homes in peace  and  comfort.The  itinerary  is  tailored to suit each individual

purchaser with 4* hotel accommodation a professional guide and airport transfers all provided for by us. 

Included in an inspection visit package:

-  Free transport to and from Dalaman airport

-  Free single or double room in 4* hotel accommodation for the duration of the visit

-  A professional consultant to assist in every step of the visit and buying process

 

Sample itinerary:

 

Day 1 - Visitors to be greeted at theairport by a member sales team who will act as a personal guide and assist with any questions or queries regarding accommodation and

property purchasing

 

Day 2 - Following  breakfast,  the  guide  will arrive at the hotel to discuss plans for the days ahead  and  clarify details of the types of properties available and areas in which

they are located. The areas and properties chosen for the day are visited with breaks taken for lunch and refreshments

 

Day 3 - After breakfast,  the guide will arrive at thehotel to pick up the visitors for an opportunity to see other properties in another area or re-visit homes from the previous

Day

 

Day 4 - This day can be used  to accompany the  guide  to the to our office Headquarters on the seafront of Fethiye to discuss in detail the administration involved in buying

a property in Turkey (contracts, costs, legal requirements) The after - sales and support teams can also explain the options of furnishing a property and explain the financial

benefits of renting out a property

 

Day 5 - Although there is no obligation to buy, after a few days of viewings and discussions, many  inspection visitors have found their perfect holiday investment home and

use the last days of their visit to complete paperwork, pay the deposit fee and choose fixtures, fittings and furnishings

Unless visitors choose otherwise, evenings are left free to enjoy dinner, shop in the old town of Fethiye or relax in a local bar making friends with the locals.

 

ABOUT LOCATION

 

Ovacık

Ovacik is a quiet village located between Fethiye and Oludeniz situated in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.

The clean air and cool sea breezes are a paradise for sun worshippers - never getting too hot.

A relaxing holiday destination with a good selection of private accommodation and small hotels.

Our own 4* hotel is located just off the main road and is one of the top rated hotels in the area on Trip Advisor.

Ovacik has a variety of good quality and reasonably priced bars and restaurants and just a 10 minute walk will take you to Hisaronu for a more livelier night out.

Local shops provide you with all your food shopping requirements and souvenirs. Ovacik is ideally suited for families and couples looking for a peaceful paradise.

The beach of Oludeniz and the world famous Blue Lagoon is only 5 minutes drive on the local dolmus bus service.

 

Hisarönü

Hisaronu is a livelier village just a 20 minute walk from Ovacik and closest to Oludeniz on the coast.

Hisaronu has grown to be a very popular tourist destination as it caters for all the visitors needs with its’s abundance of bars, shops, restaurants.

At night time it becomes pedestrianised and comes alive with various types of bars playing music and also local restaurants with live music and entertainment.

A great selection of private rented accommodation and hotels can be found in both villages.

There are plenty of excursions on offer in both Ovacik and Hisaronu to neighbouring islands including boat trips from the local Oludeniz beach area.

Hisaronu has a weekly market with a great selection of gifts to take back home and local produce.

All the locals are friendly and very welcoming and Turkish cuisine appeals to everyone.
