    BUILDING PROCESS

    Zoning status document from the municipality and diameter sketch documents are taken from the land registry.

    Static project, Architectural project, Electrical installation project, Mechanical installation project and Landscape project are being prepared.

    The materials to be used in the building are decided and documented in the technical specification.

    A contract is signed between the owner of the land and the Contracting - Subcontracting company.

    Permits and building permits are obtained from the municipality for construction.

    Construction begins. Construction is turnkey and delivered in about 9 months.
